Through the Pediatric Full Life Care Program, children with complex medical conditions, receive comfort, guidance, and support so that no family has to navigate a serious or life‑limiting illness alone. Improving quality of life and supporting family‑centered care and decision‑making is at the heart of this work.

To meet the growing needs of local families, Trustbridge has expanded its home‑based pediatric palliative comfort care and hospice services.

We support families referred from local children’s hospitals including oncology and cardiology teams— partnering with these and other specialists, allows us to walk alongside families so they are not alone. These partnerships make it possible for families to receive the full-circle support they can’t find anywhere else.
