Planned Giving

The Hospice Legacy Society Program recognizes individuals that have demonstrated an exceptional commitment to our Foundation.  Members of the Hospice Legacy Society have made the compassionate choice to support the mission of Trustbridge through a planned gift.

Planned gifts can be made through bequests with provisions in a will or trust, gifts of appreciated stock, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, naming us as a full or partial beneficiary designation of a life insurance or retirement plan. These gifts ensure that exceptional hospice and bereavement care is available to everyone who needs it, regardless of their ability pay.
