At Trustbridge, we are committed to enhancing the lives of those impacted by dementia. Through education, support, and community engagement, we empower individuals and families to face dementia with confidence and compassion.

Guidance and practical support Trustbridge's mission is to help erase the stigma and misunderstanding of dementia by encouraging conversation about the disease, while advancing education and training that leads to compassionate care for individuals as well as support for caregivers and families.
Dementia's Impact
- Every 65 seconds, someone in the U.S. is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
- 1 in 3 seniors die with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia.
- Florida has more than 9% of U.S. Alzheimer’s patients or about 580,000.
- It’s projected that more than 700,000 Floridians will be living with Alzheimer’s by 2025.
- Approximately 30,000 Palm Beach County residents 65+ are estimated to have dementia.
Dementia Education Programs include:
- Virtual Dementia Tours®: This immersive experience will help you step into their world, fostering empathy and equipping you with practical tools to offer better support. Ideal for caregivers, families, and anyone interested in learning more about dementia care.
- Community Education:
- COMING SOON Caregiver Support and Workshops: Caring for a loved one with dementia can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. Trustbridge offers robust support for caregivers, including workshops, resources, and one-on-one guidance. We provide practical tools and emotional support to help caregivers navigate the complexities of dementia care, ensuring that both caregivers and their loved ones receive the care they deserve.
- COMING SOON First Responder Training: Our program offers comprehensive training for first responders and other community partners, equipping them with the skills to interact with individuals experiencing dementia-related emergencies. This specialized education ensures that first responders can provide calm, compassionate, and effective assistance, enhancing the safety and comfort for everyone involved.
- COMING SOON Memory Cafés: Memory Cafés are safe, welcoming spaces where individuals with dementia and their caregivers can connect with others facing similar challenges. These gatherings offer a chance to socialize, share experiences, and enjoy meaningful activities in a supportive environment. Memory Cafés foster a sense of community, reducing isolation and promoting well-being for everyone involved.
